簡介
在2019年展開了FAMO® Fascia Movement（先前的Slings 肌筋膜訓練®系統）的教育培訓。2020年完成了FAMO® Fascia Movement文憑並進入art of motion教育團隊。2022年正式成為「動作中的解剖列車®」的認證講師。2023年跟著創辦人Karin Gurtner展開了連續五個星期的亞洲教學巡迴。在香港、深圳、上海和首爾擔任助教，和在台北的兩個課程「動作中的解剖列車®」和「Slings要領概念（Slings Essentials）」擔任中文口譯。2024年再次跟著創辦人Karin展開了連續的上海、北京、深圳的三場教學巡迴擔任中文翻譯。目前是art of motion 亞洲區的正式講師，並且是唯一一位能以中文授課的講師。憑借自身對多種語言的精通以及對Anatomy Trains®以及FAMO® Fascia Movement的深入理解，完成了Anatomy Trains in Motion®書籍的繁體與簡體中文翻譯、並正在進行FAMO® Fascia Movement系統其他書籍的翻譯工作。目前也正在學習解剖列車結構整合®（Anatomy Trains Structural Integration®）系統。
