Yoga practitioner for more than a decade, certified yoga teacher since 2017 and now a Slings teacher and Art of Motion Academy educator in training.
Ashtanga has been my main practice (and I still practice yoga) until I took the Anatomy Trains in Motion course in 2019 and started my Slings Myofascial Training® journey.
Why Slings®?
I still remember my first ever Slings Masterclass. The dynamically, rhythmically and functionally choreographed Slings sequence and the precise resource-oriented, anatomical and informative cueing impressed me deeply because it was so different from what my body was accustomed to do and move, and from what I was used to hear and follow. After the class, I felt that my body, my cells (literally) were longing for more. And, it was the first time I’ve acknowledged and experienced how fascia is a great influencer of in our body and mind.
Thus, I’ve eagerly sought for my Slings Certification and become a certified Slings teacher in 2020. Now I’m art of motion educator and a certified Anatomy Trains in Motion® educator.
